Scope
Applies to all PHG-owned and operated facilities—primary care clinics, specialty offices, urgent care, administrative offices—plus contracted provider sites, telehealth environments, mobile health units, and temporary outreach locations.
State regulations
Aligned with California Welfare and Institutions Code Division 9, Title 22 Division 3, DHCS All Plan Letters (including APL 22-018), DPL 22-004, and California Building Code Title 24 accessibility requirements.
Federal regulations
Compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act.
Site reviews
Every facility undergoes a Facility Site Review using the DHCS-approved tool. Findings are remediated on schedule and re-verified annually.
