As of the latest CalAIM expansion, all Medi-Cal managed care plans across all California counties are required to offer Community Supports. The specific menu varies plan-by-plan, but the framework is statewide.
That means a member who qualifies medically and socially can expect their plan to authorize services like recuperative care after a hospital stay, or housing tenancy support to prevent a return to homelessness.
Our role is to make that promise real on the ground: assessing eligibility, getting authorizations turned around quickly, and delivering the service with people who actually know the neighborhood.
